Track your delivery any time at track.westnet.ca. Oversized and freight items are handled by WestNet Heavy, our large/heavy-item delivery service.

How We Ship

Most local orders are delivered by WestNet Express. Depending on the item's size, weight, destination and speed, we also ship with:

We ship across Canada, the United States and worldwide. The best available carrier is selected on a per-order basis.

Shipping Costs & Handling

Many smaller items qualify for free North American shipping. However, large, heavy, oversized or freight items are not shipped free and may be subject to shipping, freight and handling charges. Any such charges are shown at checkout or quoted to you before your order is finalized. Remote-area surcharges and, for international orders, any customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Handling & Delivery Times

Typical handling time is 1–3 business days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier and destination, and tracking is provided where available. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed; carrier delays are outside our control.

Returns

Returns are only accepted on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in their original condition. Original shipping and return shipping costs may be non-refundable, and large/freight items may be subject to return handling fees. Please contact us before returning any item so we can authorize and guide the return.
